Overview
Including the front-drive hybrid powertrain (motor assembly) test bench and the power motor test bench, unlike the traditional powertrain test bench, in addition to the two load dynamometers and the corresponding control system, the new energy vehicle power The assembly test bench also includes a battery simulator for providing bidirectional power to the motor under test and the motor driver under test, and a power analyzer for performance analysis of the motor and driver.
Function and characteristics
- Scalable battery simulator. The real-time controller provided by the measurement and control system supports the running user battery mathematical model and works with the battery simulator to provide extended battery simulation.
- Tight integration with third-party power analyzers allows users to access real-time data as if they were accessing a local data acquisition system.
- Use PM motor as load motor for power motor test bench, providing operating speed up to 12000 rpm.
- Vehicle road simulation function.
- Powerful performance test bench software for convenient and quick development of various test procedures and test methods, providing a wealth of reports and test curves.
